Rolling Arrays is seeking a Change Management Lead to own end-to-end change delivery on HR transformation programmes and to grow change management as a revenue line across our client base. You will apply ADKAR, run stakeholder mapping, and design adoption strategies across multi-country projects.

Mentor junior consultants, collaborate with HR, IT and leadership sponsors, and develop reusable assets to strengthen our offering.

Competenze

3-8 years of change management experience including leading end-to-end workstreams
Prosci certification or equivalent
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working with steering committees
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organisational psychology or related field

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end change management workstreams on HR technology programmes, from mobilisation through adoption
Apply the ADKAR model to diagnose readiness and track adoption across the organisation
Conduct stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments and readiness assessments
Design and deliver change, communications and training strategies aligned to programme milestones
Build and coach change champions and super-users across units and countries
Partner with client HR, IT and leadership sponsors to secure sponsorship and resolve resistance
Define adoption KPIs and report progress to steering committees; adjust plans based on data
Work with consultants and PMs to integrate change activities into delivery plans
