You will assist internship hiring, coordinate training programs, onboarding/offboarding, data analytics, and internal communications while developing HR knowledge and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Good written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Data, digital and AI literacy is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead internship hiring and support other recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate training programs and support facilitator community.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and HR data improvements.
• Support internal communications and engagement activities.
• Contribute to local HR projects and process improvements.
