Job summary

Teradyne in Singapore is seeking a motivated HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across recruitment coordination, HR operations, and document digitalization within a regional context. You will support interviews, maintain candidate records in SAP SuccessFactors, assist onboarding, and help digitize HR files to boost compliance and accessibility.

This internship offers exposure to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate records in SAP SuccessFactors ATS.
• Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and HR reporting.
• Digitize HR files and improve document workflows.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and confidentiality in handling data.
