You will assist with recruitment administration, campus recruitment events, onboarding logistics, HR procurement, and wellness initiatives for both retail and support teams.

The role welcomes undergraduates studying in Singapore who are passionate about sports and aligned with Decathlon values. Strong Excel skills and data-oriented mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Singapore.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and HR Operations.
• Assist in recruitment administration, interview coordination and campus events.
• Manage onboarding logistics and HR procurement tasks.
• Plan wellness and engagement activities with external partners.
