Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an HRMS and payroll project lead to evaluate vendors, define requirements and manage system configuration and integrations.

You will own UAT, data migration, go-live readiness and post-implementation support while coordinating with HR, Finance, IT and external vendors on transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating HRMS/payroll vendors and leading vendor selection.
• Ability to define HRIS functional requirements and manage system configuration and integrations.
• Experience in UAT, data migration and go-live readiness for HRIS/payroll projects.
