Accenture is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors PMO Consultant to drive HR technology transformation programs. You will support governance, planning, and execution across SAP SuccessFactors implementations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role offers exposure to large-scale programs in a global services environment, with opportunities to develop project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement within the SAP ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, PMO, or project coordination roles within SAP or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation projects.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and control of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies for successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to align expectations and objectives.
• Track milestones, budgets, and resource utilization, escalating risks and issues as needed.
• Support change management, testing coordination, deployment planning, and post-go-live activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve delivery.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
