• Meticulous, organised with sound judgement and deadline prioritisation.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle with policy consistency.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employment administration with accuracy.
• Support compensation activities including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain confidential employee and remuneration data and provide HR analytics.
• Apply controls across HR services and support audits and compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR services.
