Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or relevant fields.
• Prior experience in hands-on HR administration, payroll, payment processing, finance operations or shared services.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process HR-related payments accurately and in a timely manner, including payments, reimbursements, manpower billing and honorarium for assigned NUHS institutions and departments.
• Perform data entry and updates in relevant HR and payment systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Review and verify supporting documents prior to processing, and follow up or escalated discrepancies where necessary.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR payment-related records in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure all HR processing activities comply with relevant policies, guidelines and legislative requirements.
• Monitor assigned cases and transactions to ensure service standards and processing timelines are met.
• Liaise with internal teams, administrators and external stakeholders to obtain missing information, clarify discrepancies and facilitate timely processing.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities, including ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
