Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an HR Generalist focused on Learning and Development to drive development initiatives and recruitment processes.

The role requires a degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of HR experience with a strong L&D focus, plus solid project management skills. The successful candidate will partner with multiple departments to uplift skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and MOM work pass applications for foreign employees.

• Managed the full spectrum of HR generalist functions, including end-to-end recruitment and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass application processes for foreign employees.
• Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote and support development initiatives.
