Job summary

Argyll Scott Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Harmonisation Lead for a 12 months contract in Singapore.

The role focuses on reviewing, aligning and implementing HR policies to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance during transformation. You will work with HR teams and stakeholders to define policy changes, develop documentation, and manage implementation timelines while maintaining governance and employee communications.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in HR policy, HR operations, or HR transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Experience in policy review and organisational transformation.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and harmonisation of People & Culture policies and practices.
• Conduct gap assessments between current policies and target requirements.
• Define and implement policy changes with HR teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with local regulations and internal governance.
• Develop updated policies, guidelines and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals and timelines.
• Support communications and employee awareness of policy changes.
• Track progress and provide regular management updates.
