Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Policy & Governance Lead to direct the review, consolidation, and deployment of harmonized workplace policies across the organization. Based in Singapore, you will ensure statutory alignment with Singapore employment laws and drive change management to embed cohesive people practices enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialized HR policy design, ER, HR operations, or post-merger/transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading policy reviews, framework harmonization, or structural organizational changes.
• In-depth expertise in Singapore employment legislation, statutory compliance requirements, and tripartite guidelines (MOM/TAFEP).

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, benchmarking, and standardization of core People & Culture policies and guidelines.
• Perform gap analyses comparing legacy frameworks with target operating models.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to roll out unified policy structures.
• Ensure adherence to Singapore employment law and enterprise governance standards.
• Draft and maintain policy documentation, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
• Oversee governance lifecycle for policy updates with sign-offs from legal, compliance and leadership.
• Drive change enablement via employee communications and briefing sessions.
• Provide status updates and risk summaries to executive stakeholders.
