Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking an experienced HR Harmonisation Lead to review, align and implement HR policies and practices as part of a broader organisational transformation. The role focuses on ensuring consistency, regulatory compliance and a smooth transition to harmonised policies and processes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR policy, HR operations, employee relations or HR transformation.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment practices and Singapore employment regulations.
• Experience in policy review, harmonisation or organisational transformation.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and harmonisation of People & Culture policies, processes and practices.
• Conduct gap assessments between existing policies and target requirements.
• Work closely with HR teams and relevant stakeholders to define and implement policy changes.
• Ensure alignment with local employment regulations, internal governance and organisational requirements.
• Develop updated policies, guidelines and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals and implementation timelines.
• Support communications and employee awareness of policy changes.
• Track progress, manage issues and provide regular updates to management.
