Job summary

Prestige Ocean PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to develop, standardize and implement HR policies, procedures and systems, including training bonds, onboarding and re-employment policy frameworks.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, salary adjustments and work pass applications, while managing HRIS, payroll, attendance and leave systems. The role also covers onboarding programs, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations and training.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate diploma and above in Human Resource Management.
• Enjoy handling operational HR & Admin matters.
• At least 3-4 years experience in HR/Admin roles.
• Preferably construction or facade industry experience.
• IT savvy and comfortable with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize and implement HR policies, procedures and systems.
• Manage full recruitment process including onboarding and employment letters.
• Oversee HRIS, payroll, leave systems and attendance tracking.
• Champion onboarding programs and staff training initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance employee benefits and insurance programs.
• Coordinate with line managers on staffing plans and hiring needs.
• Manage staff performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
• Resolve employee grievances and coach managers.
• Identify improvements to internal SOPs.
• Coordinate internship and staff training plans.
• Enhance employee engagement activities and events.
• Oversee purchasing related to travel, office facilities and admin.
