STREAM ENVIRONMENT (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR & Administration professional to manage monthly payroll, overtime, allowances and deductions with accuracy and timeliness.

You will administer employee benefits, leave records, medical claims and insurance matters, handle CPF contributions, IR8A preparation and other statutory submissions, and assist with MOM work pass applications and renewals. The role requires strong organisational skills and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/degree in HRM/Administration/Business Studies.
• 2–3 years of HR and Administration experience, preferably in Singapore.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Process monthly payroll, overtime, allowances, and deductions accurately and on time.
• Administer employee benefits, leave records, medical claims, and insurance matters.
• Handle CPF contributions, IR8A preparation, and other statutory submissions.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with the Employment Act and company policies.
• Source and administer staff training needs.
• Plan and organise staff engagement activities and company events.
