Job summary

GSV ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to handle monthly payroll, CPF submissions and statutory filings. You will support full employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding, and manage work passes for foreign staff.

The role requires Diploma or Degree qualifications, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining meticulous records. Familiarity with MS Office and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holders with relevant certificates and experience.
• Experience or knowledge in shipyard/marine or oil & gas is preferred.
• Proactive, responsible team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submissions, IR8A/IR21 submissions.
• Support employee lifecycle processes: recruitment, onboarding, development, offboarding.
• Process benefits claims, leave, and maintain personnel files.
• Handle work passes applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign staff.
• Assist with staff insurance claims and renewals (WICA/medical).
• Assist finance with ad-hoc admin duties.
