Responsibilities include coordinating exits, government-related claims, staff queries, and events, using MS Office and Timesoft with strong analytical and collaborative skills under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HR experience in recruitment, payroll and business partnering.
• Proficient in MS Office and Timesoft.
• Comfortable handling a single contributor portfolio in a SME environment.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from hiring requisition, conducting interviews to job offer, and on-boarding especially for specialized blue collared recruitment.
• Resolve employees queries on HR related issues.
• Process and handle the monthly payroll processing and overtime claims for 80 to 100 employees.
• Coordinate exit management activities for employees including preparation of exit letters, exit interviews, and final salary computation.
• Handle submission of government related claims.
• Review and implement HR policies.
• Handle and organize Company events.
