Job summary

I-VANTAGE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our blue-collar workforce. You will drive recruitment, payroll, attendance, and workforce administration to ensure smooth daily operations across our sites in Singapore.

Ideal candidates will be familiar with MOM Portal processes, Work Permit administration, payroll systems, and attendance tracking software to ensure compliance and timely salary disbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience with MOM Portal and Work Permit administration.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and attendance tracking software.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance related to labor and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview blue-collar and general workers to meet workforce needs.
• Manage MOM Portal operations, including submitting and renewing Work Permit applications and handling related transactions.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Monitor attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave records to support payroll accuracy and labor compliance.
• Process monthly payroll and related administrative duties to ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Work independently to manage daily HR functions and support operational workforce requirements.
