Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented HR payments associate in Singapore. This 3-month contract role focuses on accurate processing of payments, reimbursements, and manpower billing for assigned institutions, with strong data integrity and timely delivery.

You will verify supporting documents, maintain HR payment records, comply with guidelines and laws, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies while handling high-volume tasks under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
• Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR-related payment processing activities (e.g. payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, honorarium) accurately and in a timely manner for assigned institutions and departments.
• Ensure data is entered correctly into relevant systems and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Check and verify supporting documents before processing and escape discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Receive, sort, file and maintain HR payment-related documents in accordance with established procedures.
• Follow established guidelines, policies and relevant legislative requirements when carrying out HR processing tasks.
• Monitor assigned tasks to ensure service standards are met and highlight any delays or operational issues.
• Liaise with internal teams, administrators or external stakeholders when required to obtain missing information or clarification.
• Assist with simple operational or administrative tasks as directed, including ad hoc duties or projects.
