Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking an experienced HR professional for a hands-on 4-month contract in Singapore. You will support HR operations and coordinate monthly payroll with an external vendor, handling onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and documentation.

You will ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM requirements, manage employee records and respond to HR inquiries, while maintaining accurate files and timely payroll submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR operations / payroll administration experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF and MOM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee-related matters.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
• Consolidate, check and submit payroll information to the external payroll vendor.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters and other documentation.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and related administration.
• Maintain employee records, leave and medical benefits information.
• Attend to general HR and payroll enquiries.
• Ensure HR practices and documentation are in compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
• Provide other HR operational support as required.
