Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR, office management or administration.
• Prior experience in construction or project site coordination is preferred.
• Experience managing a sizeable workforce and handling end-to-end HR functions is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, employment practices and local labour regulations.
• Strong organisational, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work independently.
• Good planning skills with the ability to manage deadlines and resolve operational issues.

Aufgaben

• HR Management: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations; work pass applications and staff welfare.
• Office Administration: oversee daily operations, facilities and events; handle staff inquiries and confidential records.
• Project Coordination: coordinate with clients, contractors and authorities on site, monitor progress, manage manpower, budgets and reports.
