Job summary

Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) seeks a proactive HR professional focused on recruitment, employee experience, and data‑driven HR operations. You will gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle, HR analytics, budgeting, and process improvements while contributing to a meaningful social cause.

The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS maintenance, and delivering regular HR reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• IHRP certification is advantageous.
• At least 2 years in recruitment, TA, or HR ops in in‑house, agency, or shared services.
• Proficient with ATS platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture).
• Strong Excel data analysis and reporting; familiarity with data viz tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, temporary, part‑time and internship roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and sourcing strategies.
• Draft and publish job advertisements across platforms.
• Source candidates via recruitment portals and networks; conduct interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding; prepare employment contracts.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment databases; monitor metrics.
