Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead day-to-day HR operations in Singapore. You will manage onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, and oversee payroll and benefits, HR documentation and employee records.

You will handle employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters and HR policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and shared services, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions and offboarding.
• Oversee payroll, employee benefits, HR documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters and HR policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Partner with managers on manpower planning, employee matters and workforce movements.
• Support employee engagement, retention, organisational development and change management initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports and drive HR process and service improvements.
• Support HR projects, business growth and restructuring initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
