Dover Park Hospice in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Fundraising Operations Executive to support the Community Engagement team. You will ensure donor records are accurate, monitor fundraising performance and coordinate compliance across campaigns and events.

You will analyse data to identify trends, prepare reports and dashboards, present insights to management, and support improvement of fundraising processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, operations, fundraising administration or a similar role; charity/non-profit sector experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce or Raiser's Edge is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Meticulous, organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting information clearly.
• Proactive and collaborative team player.

Responsabilités

• Maintain donor records and fundraising data in databases and CRM systems.
• Prepare regular fundraising reports and dashboards to track performance against targets.
• Analyse data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings to support management decision making.
• Coordinate compliance, audits, and donation reconciliation.
• Support team with campaigns, events and donor enquiries.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-up actions; provide administrative support.
