• 4–5 years in admin/operations or facility management.
• Experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent quality and safety systems.
• FSM certification preferred by SCDF.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative, procurement, and operations functions for efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, and review policies for administration, procurement, contract management, and risk management.
• Oversee budgeting and collaborate with Finance on payments and procurement systems.
