Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 1-2 years payroll/HR operations or accounting experience preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong accounting foundation are welcome.
• Highly meticulous and numerate with high accuracy; comfortable handling large volumes of data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time; ensure statutory compliance.
• Validate large-scale time & attendance data and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate and administer L&D programs for blue- and white-collar employees, including scheduling of courses and training sessions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for payroll approvals, training logistics, and HR processes.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding documentation and other HR administrative tasks.
• Manage and maintain employees' personnel files (P-files), ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Generate payroll and L&D reports; support audits and Finance reconciliations.
