Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage daily HR operations, maintain employee records, and support payroll and recruitment activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration within the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in HR/BA/Management and possess 2–3 years’ experience in HR operations, payroll, or recruitment, with strong MS Office proficiency and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure accurate administration of attendance and leave records
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
• Verify payroll inputs and assist with the monthly payroll process, including salaries and employee payments
• Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of employee records
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate communication
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring that all documentation and orientation are completed
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as transfers, promotions, and offboarding
• Assist in the administration of employment passes and related statutory matters
• Support compliance with Singapore employment regulations
