Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years payroll/HR operations or accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Highly meticulous and numerate with data accuracy for large volumes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Excel with VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP; HRIS/LMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time; ensure statutory compliance.
• Validate large-scale time & attendance data and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate and administer L&D programs for staff across levels.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for payroll approvals and HR processes.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding documentation and HR tasks.
• Maintain employees' personnel files with accuracy and completeness.
• Generate payroll and L&D reports; support audits and reconciliations.
