Job summary

KIAN HIAP CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage training, recruitment support, payroll and records for our workforce. You will coordinate training programs for foreign workers, assist in recruitment, handle work pass matters, and maintain precise HR records to support site operations.

This role requires strong Excel/Word skills, PAM software familiarity, and the ability to work independently with overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work 5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Manage training and courses for foreign workers.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Support monthly payroll processing, including overtime calculation
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records
• Handle general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Able to work independently and willing to work overtime during peak periods (e.g., month-end closing)
• Handle insurance claims (WIC) and medical insurance administration
• Familiar with PAM software for worker records, updates, and checks
• Monitor and verify site attendance records for all workers
