Job summary

SC ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an HR administrator with at least a diploma in HRM/BA and 2 years’ experience, preferably in construction. You will manage work pass applications, payroll for foreign workers, records, and ISO-related admin.

This role requires independence, familiarity with MOM regulations and the Employment Act, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel. The position is based in Ang Mo Kio with a 5-day week and salary negotiable according to experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM/Business Administration with 2 years of experience.
• Familiar with MOM regulations.
• Knowledge of Employment Act.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, and repatriation arrangements.
• Source manpower to meet needs and liaise with recruitment agencies and workers.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure filings are up-to-date.
• Process and administer training, seminars, courses and programmes.
• Full payroll processing for foreign workers and payroll reporting.
• Prepare payroll, manpower and other reports.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO quality system.
• Communicate with employees on staff matters.
• General office administration.
