Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage day-to-day HR administration, payroll processing, and support recruitment and onboarding activities.

You will handle work pass matters for foreign workers, assist in policy implementation, compensation, training, staff welfare, and coordinate with management and operations to ensure smooth personnel operations. Attention to accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Admin or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience preferred
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR administration
• Experience in payroll, recruitment, work pass matters and foreign worker management will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills
• Able to work independently and effectively with Management and operational teams

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, personnel files, HR systems and monthly HR reports
• Process monthly payroll and assist with overtime, allowances, leave, medical, insurance and staff claims
• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, work pass matters and employee offboarding
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs and processes in line with company requirements and Singapore employment regulations
• Support compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, staff training, SDF applications and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle employee relations matters, including staff feedback, grievances, welfare concerns and workplace issues, with proper follow-up and documentation
• Act as an HR contact point for foreign workers and assist with their welfare, accommodation and dormitory-related matters
• Maintain records for worker accommodation, dormitory allocation, occupancy, inspections and relevant compliance requirements
• Coordinate with Management, Production and Maintenance teams on employee welfare, accommodation issues, repairs and follow-up actions
• Assist with general HR and office administration and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
