The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations and provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, talent management, and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end talent management responsibilities, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Provide support in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits and compensation programs
• Maintain employee files and records, including updating employee information, attendance records, and leave management
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and coordinate corporate events
• Address employee grievances and provide support to line managers in resolving employee relations issues
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
