Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional in Singapore to oversee human resources and support the organisation's growth. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, policy development, performance management, and compliance with Employment Act.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and end-to-end HR operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience managing end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, employee relations and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and practices in line with business needs and employment regulations.
• Manage employee relations matters, including staff grievances, disciplinary issues and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll administration, leave management, attendance records and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, including the Employment Act and relevant statutory requirements.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and related documentation where applicable.
• Support manpower planning, workforce development and succession planning to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, staff training and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Advise management on HR matters, organisational policies and employee-related issues.
• Oversee general office administration, including office supplies, facilities coordination and administrative records.
• Manage administrative documentation and liaise with external vendors or service providers when required.
• Undertake other administrative duties as assigned.
