Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring an HR Operations Executive for a banking client at Asia Square, Singapore. The role concentrates on end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and policy implementation to ensure smooth HR workflows.

The position offers a 1-year contract with a salary up to SGD 4,000 per month, 22 days annual leave plus a birthday leave, and opportunities to support payroll, reporting and process improvements within the local HR team.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with local management and the Head Office HR team.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate the full employee lifecycle for contractors and interns, including payroll processing and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement, training and development initiatives.
• Provide general HR operational and administrative support to the branch.
• Prepare HR reports, letters and other documentation as required.
• Ensure HR operations comply with established policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and other duties assigned by the manager.
