Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, manpower solutions or shared services.
• Familiar with HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
• Assist with payroll processing, employee benefits administration and attendance tracking.
• Support employee relations matters and respond to HR-related queries.
• Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with department managers on manpower requirements and employee movements.
• Assist in employee engagement activities, performance management and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, update HR databases and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support HR projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
