Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. invites you to grow your HR career with hands-on exposure to onboarding, employee services, claims administration, and HR operations at our Hillview location. The role offers a structured path and practical experience while you contribute to daily HR tasks.

Applicants should have a Diploma in HR or related discipline (or A-level with relevant experience). Note that onboarding may begin after a short waiting period, with an initial contract through Jan 2029.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees
• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
