Job summary

A-IT Software Services Pte Ltd, located in Singapore, is seeking an HR Shared Services Executive to join its Employee Life Cycle team in East Area, Changi Business Park. This role spans pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding, with a focus on maintaining accurate employee records and delivering timely HR services.

The position offers a 12-month contract with renewal/convertibility based on performance and headcount, and comes with benefits including annual leave, medical/hospitalisation leave,

Qualifications

• Degree holder with relevant experience in managing employee life cycle events (pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding)
• Strong sense of confidentiality and a risk-aware mindset when handling employee information

Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle events across the pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee records and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Process HR requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, HR Relationship Managers, HR specialist teams and employees to ensure smooth HR transactional services.
• Work with stakeholders on continuous improvements to HR processes and systems.
• Take part in ad hoc projects as opportunities arise.
