A-IT Software Services Pte Ltd, located in Singapore, is seeking an HR Shared Services Executive to join its Employee Life Cycle team in East Area, Changi Business Park. This role spans pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding, with a focus on maintaining accurate employee records and delivering timely HR services.

The position offers a 12-month contract with renewal/convertibility based on performance and headcount, and comes with benefits including annual leave, medical/hospitalisation leave,

• Manage employee life cycle events across the pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee records and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Process HR requests accurately and within agreed timelines.

Job Details

Location: East Area, Changi Business Park
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable/Convertible, subject to performance/headcount)
Salary Range: $2,700 to $4,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Benefits: Entitled with 14 days Annual Leave, MOM-standard Medical and Hospitalisation Leave, insurance coverage, and completion/performance bonuses.

About the Role

A leading bank is looking for an HR Shared Services Executive to join its Employee Life Cycle team. You will support the full employee journey, from pre-boarding and onboarding to offboarding, while keeping employee records accurate. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR operations experience in a large banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage employee life cycle events across the pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding processes.

2. Administer employee records and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

3. Process HR requests accurately and within agreed timelines.

4. Work closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, HR Relationship Managers, HR specialist teams and employees to ensure smooth HR transactional services.
