is seeking a proactive HR Operations Specialist to support employee lifecycle activities in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience. You will manage onboarding, interviews, transfers, payroll updates, benefits, and work pass coordination, while supporting HR events, audits, reporting, and vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in HR Operations or Staffing Operations.
• Experience with HR systems and handling confidential information.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding including preboarding, Day 1 readiness, medical clearance, and work pass coordination.
• Support onsite interview coordination and staffing operations.
• Process internal transfers, payroll updates, benefits forms, and employee documentation.
• Manage work pass applications with external vendors and MyCareersFuture postings.
• Handle benefits administration, training coordination, and offboarding.
• Support HR events, employee engagement activities, audits, reporting, and HR projects.
• Manage CCP claims and other HR operational tasks.
