Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Specialist to support day-to-day activities in a semicon environment. This 12-month contract role focuses on interview coordination, onboarding, and HR operations at the Upper Changi location.

The successful candidate will handle offer administration, work pass processes, and maintain precise employee records, while assisting with HR initiatives and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews (face-to-face, Microsoft Teams, telepresence, and phone interviews), including complex panel interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage offer administration, pre-employment checks, medical screenings, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities.
• Liaise with immigration vendors on work pass applications, documentation endorsement, and mandatory job postings.
• Create and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring all required documentation is collected and properly filed.
• Update and maintain accurate employee records in Workday and local tracking systems.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment, HR operations, and staffing activities.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain trackers, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support the planning and execution of HR initiatives, employee events, and engagement activities.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless candidate and employee experience.
• Carry out ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
