Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

The role covers onboarding, interviews, transfers, payroll updates, benefits, and HR projects, with external vendor coordination for work passes and MyCareersFuture postings. A strong focus on organisation, confidentiality, and communication is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR Operations / Staffing Operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or Talent Possible is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires: preboarding, Day 1 readiness, medical clearance, work pass coordination, and orientation.
• Support onsite interview coordination and staffing operations.
• Process internal transfers, payroll-related updates, benefits forms, and documentation.
• Manage work pass applications with external vendors and support MyCareersFuture postings.
• Oversee employee benefits administration, training coordination, and offboarding processes.
• Support HR events, engagement activities, audits, reporting, and projects.
