Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRM or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of payroll and compensation & benefits experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Prepare payroll reports and payroll summaries for Finance.
• Ensure timely CPF contributions and compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
• Compute final salary payments, salary adjustments, and new-hire salary computations.
• Support annual salary increment, bonus, and incentive payout exercises.
• Administer employee benefits and claims, including WICA, maternity-related claims, and leave administration.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll and benefits records in the HR system.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on payroll and employee benefits matters.
• Handle and respond to employee queries relating to payroll, benefits, and claims.
• Ensure payroll and benefits processes are handled with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
