Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to handle monthly payroll processing, reporting, CPF contributions, and compliance in a private healthcare setting in Singapore. You will compute new hire salaries and adjustments, support annual increments and bonus exercises, and maintain accurate payroll records while liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Immediate starters preferred; Bachelor degree in Business/HR and 2–3 years C&B experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HRM, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of Payroll and Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Prepare payroll reports and summaries for Finance.
• Ensure timely CPF contributions and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Compute new hire salaries, salary adjustments, and final salary payments.
• Support annual salary increment, bonus, and incentive payout exercises.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, WICA, and maternity-related claims.
• Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records in the HR system.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on payroll matters.
• Respond to employee enquiries relating to payroll, benefits, and claims.
