Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive (Payroll) to join a fast-paced private healthcare organisation. You will support the Compensation & Benefits function and ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits administration.

You will handle monthly payroll, generate reports, maintain records, and liaise with Finance and vendors. Immediate starters preferred and a hands-on approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HRM, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of payroll and compensation & benefits experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
• Prepare payroll reports and summaries for Finance.
• Ensure timely CPF contributions and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Compute new hire salaries, salary adjustments, and final salary payments.
• Support annual salary increment, bonus, and incentive payout exercises.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, WICA, and maternity-related claims.
• Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records in the HR system.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on payroll matters.
• Respond to employee enquiries relating to payroll, benefits, and claims.
