Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to process monthly payroll, prepare reports, and ensure CPF compliance in a private healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of payroll and compensation & benefits experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of Payroll and Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Prepare payroll reports and summaries for Finance.
• Ensure timely CPF contributions and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Compute new hire salaries, salary adjustments, and final salary payments.
• Support annual salary increment, bonus, and incentive payout exercises.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, WICA, and maternity-related claims.
• Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records in the HR system.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on payroll matters.
• Respond to employee enquiries relating to payroll, benefits, and claims.

Salary: Up to $4,000/month
