Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a diligent HR professional for a 4-month contract (October 2026 – January 2027) in Singapore. You will manage payroll for about 100 employees, handle recruitment and performance processes, and support HR administration on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in HR or related fields, hands-on payroll experience, and familiarity with recruitment and HR operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• Hands-on payroll experience required.
• Experience in recruitment and general HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll for approximately 100 employees.
• Handle recruitment and selection activities.
• Support performance management processes.
• Manage day-to-day HR administration.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment and performance matters.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits.
• Process government-paid leave and make-up claims.
