Job summary

Rotating Offshore Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a responsible, organized HR professional to join as an HR Officer/Executive. You will own the full payroll process for Singapore and support recruitment, onboarding, work pass administration and HR records.

You will work closely with employees and management, gaining broad exposure to HR functions while ensuring accurate payroll and compliant processes. Immediate availability is a plus as the role requires hands-on, reliable execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• At least 2 years HR experience with hands-on payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll processes and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end payroll process for Singapore and Chennai.
• Prepare payroll reports, perform payroll reconciliation and ensure timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment, payroll and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation and personnel records.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including screening and interviews.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and related matters.
• Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to employees and management.
