Job summary

CORESTAFF PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on HR Executive to support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and employee administration.

This role covers work pass management, employee records, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, training coordination, and employee relations. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and smooth HR processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR operations experience.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Hands-on experience in HR administration and lifecycle matters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administration.
• Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews and scheduling.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with payroll-related administration and data submission.
• Administer employee medical benefits and corporate insurance matters.
• Manage staff access cards, uniforms and other employee requisitions.
• Support employee relations, welfare and engagement activities.
• Coordinate employee training, course registrations and applicable training grants.
