is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage full-spectrum HR operations in Singapore, with a strong focus on payroll, recruitment, employee relations and HR compliance. The successful candidate will independently oversee daily HR functions and provide leadership support, including acting as HR Manager when required, handling payroll end-to-end, maintaining records, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Must have hands-on experience in independently managing full-spectrum payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, payroll regulations and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Infotech Payroll System is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salaries, statutory contributions, tax matters and employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS and payroll systems.
• Handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and HR administration.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and relevant statutory requirements.
• Review and update HR policies, employment contracts, employee handbooks and SOPs.
• Support workforce planning, employee training, performance appraisals and retention initiatives.
• Provide HR advisory support to management and assume HR leadership responsibilities when required.
