Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 6–7 years of HR and payroll experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, Employment Act, CPF, and IRAS tax filings.
• Experience with payroll systems and MS Office.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR operations in compliance with Singapore laws and policies.
• Liaise with MOM on employment matters and handle work pass administration.
• Process monthly payroll and administer employee benefits, leave, and insurance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including postings, screening, and onboarding.
• Oversee office administration, assets, IT access, and asset tracking.
• Support other HR, admin, or ops duties as needed.
