Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive HR support professional to assist daily HR operations, employee administration and recruitment coordination. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee experience and timely HR processes.

This role requires a diploma or degree in HR or related field, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior HR experience is a plus, and familiarity with HRIS helps you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Experience in HR operations or HR administration preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative matters (records, files, onboarding/offboarding documents).
• Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews and onboarding arrangements.
• Support HR policies, procedures and employee-related matters.
• Maintain/update employee databases and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Assist with payroll coordination, leave and attendance records.
• Prepare HR reports and headcount updates.
• Support HR initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
